Preserving Pasadena

The story of the Boston Centennial is one of preservation. At the time of acquisition, it was imploding— the roof was caving in and the interior, beyond repair.

In order to rehabilitate the structure, Adept built a new concrete building within the original, preserving the splendid historic exterior and magnificent original terrazzo floors. The transformation yielded 18 exposed-brick lofts and 15 townhouses with balconies overlooking Old Pasadena and the annual Rose Parade.
