The story of the Boston Centennial is one of preservation; at the time of acquisition it was imploding. The roof was caving in. The interior was beyond repair.
In order to rehabilitate the structure, we built a new concrete building within the original, preserving the splendid historic exterior and terrazzo floors. The transformation yielded 18 exposed-brick lofts and 15 townhouses with balconies overlooking Old Pasadena and the annual Rose Parade.
