Since 2006, Adept has consistently deployed between $5M - $7M of equity per project. In 2019, we have grown to over $250M over six projects. Each mixed-use development commenced has consistently resulted in mid-teen returns to our investors. Our for-sale condominium projects consistently outperform the market by 20% in dollars per sqft.

Adept has a pipeline of projects delivering through 2025 and we are growing to develop more.

Our History

Adept started as a construction company over 30 years ago. Today, the company has grown to include Adept Architecture, an in-house architecture firm of 20 designers, and Adept Development, which has 25 years of experience developing in Southern California.
